All estimates provided by EM Pro Services are subject to approval and may be modified based on project scope, site conditions, material costs, or customer-requested changes.

Payment terms will be outlined in the project estimate, proposal, invoice, or service agreement. Unless otherwise stated in writing, payment is due according to the agreed-upon schedule.

EM Pro Services reserves the right to suspend work or delay project completion if required payments are not received as agreed.

Deposits may be required before work begins. All payments made for completed work, materials purchased, permits obtained, or services rendered are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

Any additional work requested outside the original project scope may result in additional charges and will require customer approval before being performed.

Failure to make payments as agreed may result in collection efforts, legal action, and any applicable fees permitted under Texas law.

This section is much more appropriate for a concrete contractor and helps protect EM Pro Services from scope creep, non-payment, and change-order disputes.
